Level 4 Land Referencer Apprenticeship
Location – Birmingham. Closing date – 19 March 2023
At HS2 we offer a two-year apprenticeship programme, providing you with the opportunity to stretch and challenge yourself whilst we support you to implement your learning. Our Apprenticeships enable you to build land referencing experience across the HS2 project.
We have a total of x2 Land Referencer Apprenticeship opportunities available in Birmingham – with the requirement to travel to various site locations across the HS2 line of route. After the assessment stage, we will place successful candidates to a team based on business requirements.
Level 4 Land Referencer Apprenticeship
Location – Birmingham. Closing date – 31 May 2023
We are looking to grow our Land Referencing Team in Birmingham and currently have an opportunity for an Apprentice Land Referencer to join us and work towards completing a Level 4 qualification (equivalent to a foundation degree). You will get to work alongside and learn from our experts enabling you to earn a salary whilst you are studying for a nationally recognised qualification. You will undertake a supervised programme comprising of on-the-job training and college teaching for a period of 30 months.

Level 4 Land Referencer Apprenticeship

The LR Apprentice will be a member of the Delivery team, with responsibility for the execution of project tasks as directed by the Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager. They tasks will be completed to time and quality and in compliance of TerraQuest’s standards and systems.
The position will be as a member of a dedicated team, delivering specialist land and property services and projects in a diverse areas such as research and analysis, evidence gathering, processing and capturing ownership and occupation data, including spatial data using a geographic information system (GIS), and extensive communication and interaction with stakeholders from the public, land professionals and our clients which will involve occasional visits to sites throughout the UK
